CW has a terrible rep for customer service. Three dealings with CW and not one good. I'm in parts spending 1500+ wife buys a small item while I'm busy. She's told our card is about to expire and she renews. Yep only 8 months left.
That order was promised 4-6 weeks. I keep check not one CW in the system has the theater seating. 10 weeks, seats? Nope still being made. 14 weeks where are the paid for seats? Being shipped. OK from where, China they are on a barge headed this way.
Blown tire damage, again 1500. We need insurance claim numbers, service talks to the insurance company & gets everything they need. Would you like a deposit I have 500 deductible, no not necessary. Great order parts, you said one day so call when the parts are in and make an appointment for opening time. I'll shop while it's in for the day. 8 weeks & nothing. Call any idea when we get parts? We can't order till we get deposit.
Got the parts on line and did the repair for $400. Other than the discount card for camping, I won't buy a thing from CW. I'll order on line and get better price, for a few days wait. Too many RV shops around that can do what I can't.
Marcus should read all the complaints but as long as the $$ roll in who cares. Want to save some $$ Marcus? Stop sending daily mailings.
