My $35.00 loss at Camping World... I've never run into this.

To all, We have been camping since 1978, but, this is a new one....Went to Camping World to get some tire covers for our new 5th wheeler, I had just received in the mail a $10.00 coupon from Camping ...

Sometimes it seems that CW looks for ways to lose customers. This would be a simple like-for-like exchange that would insure customer satisfaction while costing CW nothing. Would like to see a resolution to this one in favor of the customer.
