My $35.00 loss at Camping World... I've never run into this.

To all, We have been camping since 1978, but, this is a new one....Went to Camping World to get some tire covers for our new 5th wheeler, I had just received in the mail a $10.00 coupon from Camping ...

If the OP used a gift certificate, then it should not be a use it once and lose it policy. A gift certificate is script or "company cash"- a currency honored only at that store. Take the merchandise back, and you get a gift certificate back, but not real cash.

Camping World continues to amaze me with their ineptness, customer unfriendliness policies, and deceitfulness. When will it end? If they ran their business correctly, there would be no need for the "rapid response team."
