My $35.00 loss at Camping World... I've never run into this.

To all, We have been camping since 1978, but, this is a new one....Went to Camping World to get some tire covers for our new 5th wheeler, I had just received in the mail a $10.00 coupon from Camping ...

Nah, but just the fact they have this forum and accept grievances shows they do WANT to be better.

Members discussing the nuances of a particular policy allows them to consider different points of view and public perception of their company image- WITHOUT being involved in opinionated posts themselves.

They DO read the threads and surely discuss them. They don't often get tangled up in the personalities and opinions, but it CAN (and hopefully does) benefit them.
