I have used my Good Sam roadside Assistance once in 9 years of memebership .That happened last year and it was satisfactory service. BUT when I see the number of times people on this Forum have been blown off by calling a GSRA operator for help when they need it, I become really concerned that is what will happen to me if I ever need their service again.
The service horror stories I read here about Good Sam and Camping World is definitely no way to run a business. Marcus Lemonis has to initiate a culture change in his companies or they will cease to exist in the not too distant future !!!
What a shame that He allows this level of service to continue.
I was a District Manager for a company that probably had a 1000 times the number of daily customer interactions that Good Sam/Camping world experience. NEVER would we tolerate the number of complaints Camping world/Good Sam have without initiating immediate remedial action to improve customer satisfaction.
I am not sure if I will renew my Good Sam RA when it is due next month.
