It was unfortunate that your experience 3 years ago was not as it should have been. I apologize for that. I can tell you with 100% certainty that my statement about our agents not knowing the commission level of each company is true. You are correct that NGIC is the only company available on our website. Maintaining accurate rates which typically change yearly for 6 different companies in 40+ states on a website is challenging to say the least. Any customer calling our 800# will be quoted with multiple companies and offered the appropriate coverage's at the best rate.
