You don't see a problem with Good Sam (or AAA or whomever)charging you extra over the actual repair cost for a service you PAY them for?? Seriously? I'm betting it is not only disgusting, I'm betting it is illegal. I only wish I had asked her for a text giving the cost. I'd be suing right now. I'll bet if others look at what they have paid versus what the shop quotes if they call them back now and ask, there is an actionable legal remedy through a class action suit. Felony theft and interstate fraud are not minor crimes. When you sign a contract and then add secret charges THAT is what the law call that.
