I had flat over Memorial Day weekend, when I called I was asked if I had a good spare, I told her that I did but since my unit had mag wheels I would like to have the tire repaired. She told me that with tax it would be 90 something dollars. I asked her if it was because I just had the standard and not the platinum service, she stated that it would have been the same. I told her well what are y'all paying for and she stated that they are paying for the mileage and something else that I would be paying for the labor.
Well I told her I don't have a choice send them on, well after talking it over with my wife I decided to call back cause Ive never been charged like that before. This time I spoke with a man and he told me if I had a good spare it would have been free, I told him that she never mentioned that, and was it too late to just have them come out and put the spare on. That I would get the flat fixed at Wally World and then put it back on myself. He said no problem. I learnt something.
I also learnt that Wally World wont patch a RV tire, at least this one wouldn't, I had to buy a new tire, told it was too close to the edge but that they don't patch a RV tire anyways. Go figure.
