YEP I AM THAT TYPE. I read about what I buy so I know what I purchased.I have called GSRA at least 4 times and have never been disappointed or surprised at the service I receive.
Yes I carry a copy with me so I can refer to it when I have to call for assistance.
It is called being an educated consumer.
