The new and improved Trip Planner is the pits. Can we have the old Trip Planner back? Is there some kind of support personal that can help with the new?

If you are referring to the Goodsam trip planner, Goodsam severed their affiliation with Rand McNally. We gave up on the GS Trip Planner and moved to RV Trip Wizard. It has been working perfectly for us.
