New Member Problems
I recently joined, and was sent a temporary card, needed to order a part at Camping World, but my membership number and name were not recognized. I emailed Good Sam and have not gotten a response. I did a live chat with Camping World and got nowhere. I needed the part, so I ended up paying the shipping which was 3 times the cost of the part. Has anyone had this problem? How did you resolve it?
