I tried it last week with mixed results (also using "Firefox"). First of all, I liked the concept. The issue I had was it would not keep the destinations in the traveling order in which I listed them. Example: I put in a routing that took me from Nashville #1, to St Louis #2, to Kansas City #3, to Omaha #4, to Sioux Falls #5, and on to other locations #'s 5,6,7,8,etc, as we headed west. It worked fine for the first three locations, then started rearranging the destinations so that they went from Nashville (1), deleted St Louis and made KC #2, Omaha #3, then sent me(back)to St Louis at #4, before going on to Sioux Falls #5. This occurred several times with several locations. St. Louis for example started out at #2, changed to #4, #7 and #9 as the trip extended. Needless to say, when you are trying to get from Seattle to Portland, OR, and the trip planner wants to take you through St Louis, it seriously messes the mileage and time table.
Like I said above, great idea but the program needs a little tweaking.
