I posted a comment, titled, “No Assistance”, on 6/12/18. I was contacted by Zach, and told that I would receive a full years Roadside Assistance, at no charge. I would receive new info, and cards in the mail. It has been almost 2 months, and I have received nothing. I called Roadside, today, and was told they were sent to a bad address. The clerk cited my address and it was correct. Noone ever tried to contact me in any other manner, e-mail, phone, etc. so I guess they just let it slide.I am very reluctant to rely on Roadside Assistance for any help in the future.G A Goguen

I did get a call, voice mail, from Zach, I returned his call, with a voice mail. No response since, they close out these negative comments quickly, as no action. I'll try to keep mine activ, but I have pretty much given up on GS Roadside as a dependable service, and will be looking into AAA, or something else.G A Goguen

I didn't have a 'free year' to start with. I paid for a full years service upfront.
What I'm trying to say, is that, they don't seem to care about providing the services, that you pay for. They won't go an extra step to assist you. If you are happy with their service, fine for you. I expect to get what I paid for, nothing more. When I'm left with no help, from a service I paid for, I don't care to do business with them any longer.

Let me make sure I understand all this. You complained about no service from your GS contract so they offered you a free year of the same service you never got. Now you are upset you never got your free year of no service like you had to start with. Is that about right?

Run from Good Sam and go to Coach Net's house. I did. Your results may vary. Hope it works out for everyone.

I spoke with Zach, he said mail was returned, marked bad address, but still no one tried to contact me in any other way. They will mail it again.
