HEY MARKIE MARK I WISH I COULD CHANGE MY NAME BUT!!!!1 GOOD SAM WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR PROCEDURES IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. GOOD SAM ALREADY SENT AN EMAIL TO ME STATING SORRY BUT THAT IS PROCEDURE. SO MY NAME DOES NOT CHANGE UNTIL I TRANSFER NEXT MONTH TO NEW AAA MEMBER. GOOD SAM SHOULD HAVE A FAX NUMBER SO A CUSTOMER CAN SEND THE BILL AND FORM IN QUICKLY, AND AN EFFICIENT TURN AROUND. I WAS WRONG WHEN I SAID 2-4 WEEKS. TODAY I CALLED TOLD GIVE 1 WEEK TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF YOUR LETTER. TWO WEEKS TO REVIEW AND TWO TO FOUR WEEKS TO SEND PAYMENT. SO WHEN GOOD SAM COULD NOT GET A TOW TRUCK TO ME, I WAIT FOR REIMBURSMENT UP TO SEVEN, YES 7 WEEKS. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE
