Hi, signed up for both the GS roadside assistance and membership one week ago today. Welcome email said that our temporary membership card would be emailed as soon as our payment cleared, which it has...

Dear New Roadside Member,

You will receive your cards in the next 5-8 business days. Your membership is active and you are set for your trip. The actual card is not necessary for use. Anytime you use your membership our dispatch can look you up by your name and address.
