According to the membership brochure, you are only responsible for parts and labor. The cost of getting him there should be covered by GS I would imagine. Unless they include that as labor.
As far as the radiator hose goes, you may be able to get it at NAPA for $21, but who is to say they will get it at NAPA? I was once quoted $70 for a rotor. I can get two of them at Autozone for that amount. They are making money on the parts. Antifreeze was at least a decent price. I had a radiator replaced at a dealership once and I was charged more than 3-4 times that price. I would want an explanation and breakdown of the labor charge though. What was the hourly rate and how he came up to that price. As ScottG mentioned, what are you going to do when you are somewhere and don't know the best person to call?
