no refund!!

Bought 5 year extended service contract ( Good sam Extended Service Plan )7-6-12, canceled plan on 7-4-13 at camping world of chattanooga in Thomas Robertson's office and recieved a copy of the cancellation request form at that time with that date and signatures. I had to call Thomas Robertson (Dealer Rep. for Chattanooga Camping World)first of july after I called the warranty company who said they had not recieved paperwork from Camping World yet. He tells me He forgot to send the paperwork in to the warranty company but he would take care of it. I have been trying to call him now because the paperwork still has not been sent to the warranty company.
I have left him messages every day this week leaving messages for him to call me about the situation. still no returned phone call still no paper work sent to the warranty company. What do I do now. Very frustrated....

  • If you have a copy of completed paperwork, either fax it to warranty company yourself, or pay the dude a visit!
