Is the OP talking about "Travel Assist" or "Roadside Assistance?" They are different as night and day.
I think everyone agrees what "Roadside Assistance" means. And the OP was not stranded on the side of the road or broken down in a campground. Running out of fuel in a campground because you've run your generator too long? Well? Um???
