No Roadside Assistance is what they should call it

I've read one too many of these stories. Im convinced that these companies are only after our money and like you said, when you need them most you can't rely on them. We are Canadian, when we called about options etc the person on the call commented that the entire Canadian market was smaller than Texas and as a result services could be spotty. I've never used our CAA premier plus RV road side, but at least they didn't promise me spotty service.
