No Roadside Assistance is what they should call it

Granted, but that is still not an excuse customers pay for a service, if that service is not provided then you are just donating funds to a company. It was there would be a delay, the final verdict was we can't help...unacceptable. Why pay for roadside if it doesn't provide service. We can agree to disagree with your logic on why they it was ok to leave us stranded.
