I have read numerous stories about bad service from pretty much all roadside service vendors. Guess with everyones bad experience, they've never been in a semi driver's seat when they break down. Wait times can be in as little as an hour or up to several hours sitting on shoulder of the road. So while those that need roadside service think they have it bad when they either have to wait for a CSR or service truck, perhaps next time think you may not have it too bad afterall. RV's are NOT the only ones vendors take care of. I don't know how they (vendors) handle their calls on a priority basis (1st come 1st serve, location, type etc). I've had co-workers blow tires on the interstate and have to wait 2-4 hours before a a vendor shows up. So my response may not sooth anyone whose broken down, but perhaps shed light on it from another perspective.

As a retired professional driver I knew that a flat/blowout was going to cost me at least a three to four hour delay.
