You had trouble connecting, but once you did:
Twenty minutes after first contact, you dismissed GSRS and told them you'd handle it yourselves. This in spite of an assertion from the operator that someone could be there in 70 minutes. You'd probably have been on your way, problem solved, in two hours had you not dismissed the service.
Seems to me this is more of a testimonial to the usefulness of the service than anything else-?
