Happen first of the summer. They ask these useless question about your rig in case there is damage you did not see that could require a more than just a tire change and to make sure your information on file is up to date. Never assume that because they sell units that they have tires but wrong not to help find a tire store. Schedule an appointment on short notice for most shops can be a problem unless it was emergency.
