Firstly when did this happen?
You say you were traveling to volunteer for the SUMMER season which is over.
Is that correct?
You carry no spare?
So is the complaint about GSRA because,
A)the operator was doing her job by gathering all needed information in case you needed tow or to have info in case the contractor wanted it before they arrived and you are offended because the operator is following the procedures given to her by employer
B)Because it took 20 minutes to find a shop to come take care of the problem.
C)The fact it would take 70 minutes to get appropriate service to you.
Which is the offensive part to you?
Now as to camping world
If you will not stock the tire for your vehicle (carry a spare even unmounted) why do you think Camping World should? Believe me I have a low regard for camping world so I think you are better off not going to them
But in any case you spent a lot more than 70 minutes avoiding the 70 minute wait.
In the future if you cannot wait at least 2 hours after the incident for service then maybe you should be prepared to really "handle it yourself". I do not think you will find an over the road service company that will satisfy you be it Coach net, GSRA or AAA
