First, welcome to the forum. As you see, there are a bunch of, I am better than you and your complaint is unfounded......Happens to EVERY newcomer who does NOT fit their mold. Usually by the same ones every time.
Yes, I agree the service manager was totally out of line for thinking it was an imposition to help a person not familiar with the local area. As far as them asking the questions, I know Coach Net has all that information on file and does not find it necessary to ask those questions in a time of need.
