I've been with GS for over 5 years. I will definitely "renew" with Coach Net. Their call system is a joke - they ask far too many questions for someone who may have a bad cell signal or may be low on battery. What is the deal with having to enter the account number then tell the call agent the account again? They must pay their contracted companies too little because any time I've ever needed service it was a minimum of over an hour.
At this point I may not even let the year expire. Good Sam needs to "get gooder".
