No service from roadside assistance

From the tone of the replies it appears I was overly optimistic to expect that 24/7 assistance meant they would answer the phone, respond to my situation, and dispatch assistance, especially on the outskirts of a major metropolitan area. We did have a spare but were on the shoulder of a busy interstate and could have used assistance. It wasn't two hours when taking into account the unanswered phone, the lengthy irrelevant questions, and the additional time to even locate a service technician who would respond. 24/7 just wasn't true and the telephone situation was not acceptable customer service. Oh well...
It also appears that assistance from CW while traveling seems out of line to many of you.
The next time we needed something we didn't even attempt to request assistance. Bad investment.
