I,too, had a flat and had to wait while the operator hunted down someone to help. I was disconnected once and had to call back but when I got reconnected that operator told me that they'd be sending out "LAY Schwab" to assist me-? Took me a minute to figure out that she was talking about "Les Schwab", a locally famous tire dealer with whom she was clearly unfamiliar- she gave the pronunciation that fancy French twist! :B
Worked out perfect, since the tire involved was one of theirs...I couldn't be more satisfied by that experience with GSRA.
