Easleyg - After reading all the replies, we beat up on you pretty bad, and I apologize for maybe sounding too harsh. There is probably a lot more to the whole story. I've had very good service with ERS, and I'll continue my membership. Don't give up on them just because you had an unpleasant experience. Give them a chance to make it right.
