There is no way that we could just sit in that kind of situation and wait. I will inform GS. These situations can happen with any roadside assistance program as everything depends on the vendors that they use. I hope GS will not use these folks again. lizzie
Your absolutely right Lizzie This kind of stuff can happen to any corporation but I am sure GS is going to refund you every dime you have spent on them since the last time you had a good outcome with them. After all you pay for a service and when you don't get what you pay for you get a refund. Right GS? Right? Hello anyone out there????? :h
