Except for the traffic hazard that we presented, this was not a bad situation. It was day time, the weather was great, and the local folks were super helpful. A few years back we were left in a dreadful and dangerous situation by another roadside assistance program and the made no effort to respond to our concerns. That is when we switched to Good Sam. We have a box full of tools and stuff in the truck, but the precariousness of our situation made it impossible to use them. A pontoon boat is not the most stable of cargos and the handle broke on the jack. We are adding flairs to our inventory. lizzie
