Non renewal

I 'm beginning to think they don't want my business. My RSA expires the end of June.
I called and told them I was wanting to leave on a trip and wanted to renew before I left, the man said they would get renewal letter right out to me. That was a week or so ago.
Today, I called again, I was informed it would be mailed to me before the expiration date.
I again explained, that I was wanting to get going on a a trip.
He wanted me to go on line and get the 2 year plan. I explained I pay by check so send it out to me. He knew I did not use a credit card, (how he knew that I don't know)
I guess I will have to look else where for RSA plan.
Darn it all. My Good Sam card doesn't expire for another year.
I guess they have more people on there than they need.

  • Wouldn't it have been a non-issue to renew on-line and avoid the hassle? Not to be rude but who pays by check anymore? Checks offer no advantage over a debit card or credit card and are subject to being lost or stolen and your checking account compromised in the process.
  • By golly that was quick. I had a phone call from the care team. Every thing is working out great. I guess it's just hard to get good help now days. Thanks Good Sam care team.
