Not a happy camper .

Since June 11, 2020 I have been trying to cancel my Good Sam Insurance policy . Two phone calls , two Emails , four letters . Today arrives two letters , for two different amounts , from Good Sam saying That I better pay up or they will cancel my policy . That is what I have been trying to do ! What is the matter with your customer service dept ? HELP , HELP Marcus !

  • Why must you contact me ? I sent you all the information ! The lady at the State of Florida Insurance Commission said for me to do all correspondence by US Mail . Write me a letter . Good Sam has sent me four ! This is getting goofy !
