Get what you pay for.....
Not a GS/CW fan but you bought the entry level roadside assistance which didn't met your needs cause you didn't read the fine print.
Not GS/CW's fault.
I personally don't have any extra roadside assist (GS/CW, Coachnet, AAA etc.)
I have towing via my ins. coverage. I call for tow, get a tow, pay for it and ins. reimburses me. Also covers lodging etc. as needed.
