Having worked in top level management in call centers for 10 years, I would say that they need a top notch customer service VP who will fix all of these issues. I know call centers and I know that without the proper customer service training, the people who answer the phones are only as good as they can be with what little experience that they have. They need to have a strong QA team and a strong management team that coach and mentor these kids every day. Instead, they just let them answer the phones and thus....all of us are angry.
