I'm seeing a lot on here of people expecting GS to suggest or offer additional things. It kind of goes into the pile of all the junk mail that you get from them. A lot of people complain about it. If GS were to say for an additional charge we can do this or that, then people will start feeling that GS is trying to upscale them something. People don't want that when they are backed into a corner and on the side of the road in Timbuktu. They will feel they are being taken advantage of. I think it is wiser for the customer to ask for those additional things, especially if they are willing to pay for it.
The ERS comparison charts pretty much give you a good idea of what is covered and what is not. Your customer pamphlet that you get or that you can see online gives more detail. Remember, a salesman is salesman. They are not going to give you the whole picture. Just the part that will benefit you or that you will feel benefit from. It doesn't hurt to ask questions along the way. Especially ahead of time and not when you need it.
