We have had Good Sam ERS for over six years. We had to use them three times and every time it's work out well. Once for a transmission sending unit and two flat tires. One time we broke down on a Sunday in Mo. and there was nothing open. I was giving options on where we wanted to be towed. Back to our camp site, Walmart parking lot or a local Casino. We went back to the camp site. On Monday we called Good Sam and was towed 100 miles north to a repair shop that could fix our motorhome. We didn't tow anything on that trip. I'll have to check into this issue. We may have to switch. Every time we have broken down we have met some of the nicest people. Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear you had a bad time.
