I think GoodSam should post here a database of how many total customers GSERS has, as well as the number of calls handled annually by the call center so that all of us can get a feel for how many calls are handled satisfactorily. Unfortunately, the people who receive good service will rarely come here and post about their positive experience because their post will never gain the attention that a negative post receives. Sadly, I think the nature of the cyberworld we live in, because of the ability to remain anonymous, encourages negativity.
