I talked with Zach from Good Sam today. I feel much better knowing that not only did Good Sam follow up with my problem, but that a caring and compassionate individual at Good Sam called me to talk over the problems that I encountered. I am more than satisfied that they are trying their best to provide the best customer service possible and that when things aren't right, they will make them right. So, although my initial contact was disappointing, Zach has convinced me that this type of situation is not the norm and I will give Good Sam another chance. My peace of mind is restored and hopefully, I won't need to use their service again. But if I do need them again, I'm about 90% confident that I will get good service from them. Thanks, Zach!
