But...I think that this "Complaint Desk" forum only started after he bought the company. Don't see how any judgement can be made that the service has deteriorated, or that complaints have increased.
Doesn't the Company's (very unusual) willingness to have complaints aired so publicly operate in the CEO's favor, service-wise?
