"Notify Moderator" on posts returns "system error" and fails

I'm trying to notify moderators about inappropriate posts, but the "notify moderator" option isn't working, for me, at least. Twice in 2 days. The latest post is here ... https://www.rv.net/forum...

OK Maybe not "very upper right". Go down a bit. Look below advertisment bar. Search is on left and jump to forum is on right.
