Observation

Marcus, I believe your entire database system is in need up a big clean up. I believe this may be a reason why people complain about receiving mail, even they have opted out. The system seems to not be recognizing that there may be multiple entries for the same address. Christy (magazine dept) mentioned to me that my membership name was under my first name, but my magazine subscription was under my middle name. My address was not used as one of the flags to put the two together. Perhaps with the mail, this could be the same issue. I know a while back that one of your employees tried to email me ad an address here listed under "preferences" of "My Forum". There are actually two email addresses. One that I initially signed up with almost 10 years ago and don't have access to it, and my current one. There is no way for me to remove the old one from preferences. After we had our Class C for several months last year and changed it on my GS account profile, it was still showing up on the CW checkout computer as a TT. Not sure if that really makes a difference, but tells me something was not updated. Also, when we didn't receive our Life Member cards a couple years ago, we were sent out several packets with them. We know have 5-10 life member cards with multiple name combinations (first name Last name, middle name last name, etc).

Just an observation. I think if this was all cleaned up, then it would alleviate a lot of issues and some angry members.
