We are trying to ask some questions about the Good Sam Extended Service Plan on the phone but we have been put on hold for more than 10 minutes listening to that horrible music(?) that is supposed to entertain us while we wait.

A couple questions:
1. Why it take so long to get to a person????

2. Do you or anyone working for you (MARCUS) listen to the attempt to make music?

  • I'm not sure what number you called, but if you call 800 411-7761 you should never have more than about a 30 second hold time max. You can always to go GoodsamESP.com and get a quote on-line as well as lots of information about ESP. You will also be able to chat with a salesperson.

    There is a great blog entry regarding extended service plans by the owner of the website. He also offers extended plans from a company he has extensively researched and found to be a good one.

    Perhaps there's a faq or email access. The phone can be extremely slow and irritating.
