Online renewals...."Error....."

Yeah. That would be nice if the online renewal system would work.

The customer service email response is basically, "Yeah. We're having some issues with online renewals but we'll process your renewal at this Phone #####?"....no doubt accompanied by the requisite upgrade and "other services" offer.

I just want to renew online...can't you get your IT guys to make that happen?
