Mr westernrvparkowner....I have read your responses on several other issues and it seems you are 100% against ANYBOBY that has a issue with GoodSam. Why is this? Why does NOBODY that has a complaint NOT allowed to air it in your opinion? Why do you just down all of us who have an issue? Hmmmmm....makes me wonder.
You were not privy to my conversation on the phone nor did you have the opportunity to hear the inpatients in the Rep's voice during my inquiry. I have had many a conversation in my years and know when a person does not want to take the time to help me. I also know when I am hung up on ( I was on a land line) no cell phone issues here.
I do not know who you are but I know enough to know you are doing everything in your typing power to shrug any complaint about GoodSam off as best you can.
So sad....so so sad you are.
This forum is JUST for this kind of situation. To let folks know when they are taken care of....AND!....when NOT!
Holy cow!....we PAY for this road side assistance and we EXPECT to be taken care of by the phone Reps....not hung up on!
