My experience with Good Sam on the phone has been very different from some posted. When I signed up with GS the phone representative took a great deal of time answering my questions...I ask a lot of questions, I was then told I do not need my card for the upcoming trip as I am in the system and I was given a GS number. When I did have a flat tire the phone representative first made sure we were safe and did not need immediate or emergency assistance. She stayed on the line until I disconnected. She called back to make sure service had arrived and called back again to make sure we were satisfied.
I have no complaints.
