This thread is a perfect example why these forums don't work.
Why can't just the complaint be posted, and a reply from Team Marcus, instead of allowing all this other irrelevant garbage?
Who said the forums don't work? And who gets to say where the threads will wander from the original OP's posting? I think the forums do work and you must too or you would not be visiting them and offering comments. Unfortunately, forum rules generally prohibit or restrict manufacturers or companies to post responses to concerns.
