I would think it unethical for an affiliate of Good Sams Club to use Good Sams Club public membership forum to try to influence Good Sams Club to eliminate a customer service by suggestion to possibly terminate a business arrangement with the Good Sams Club.
Those grievances would be better conducted in private. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.
This is a members forum not a consumer hotline. The forum rules are set up to ensure that. Some, apparently, have never bothered to read the forum rules and expect the manufacturer or company to respond quickly with the solution on this forum. The only real way we know if a solution was reached under the current forum rules is when the original poster provides an update. Often they don't and the resolution (perhaps to their complete satisfaction) is unknown.
