Who said the forums don't work? And who gets to say where the threads will wander from the original OP's posting? I think the forums do work and you must too or you would not be visiting them and offering comments. Unfortunately, forum rules generally prohibit or restrict manufacturers or companies to post responses to concerns.
I said it, and I get to say what ever I want, as long as it is not slander, of profanity, and that comes directly from Marcus. The forum rules don't apply in the Dear Marcus forums. and just because I visit them doesn't mean they work. I don't know where manufactures, and companies came from in my quote, but manufactures, and companies are allowed to post one rebutted reply. So there!
Now lets see how long I can keep you on the hook. :W
