Operator hung up on me?

Hello, I am a new member and called the center for help signing in to print my cards, while I waited 4-6 weeks for the real ones. The operator asked me why I wanted to sign in, (strange question) but I told him. He then began to tell me I did not need to do that as my cards will be mailed to me....ok...I'm thinking first of all, I still need help signing in and I want temps for 4-6 weeks til the others arrive.

Any way, I told him I know this but I want the temps while I'm waiting, so I need to sign in......All I heard was a click and he was gone. :S

I wish I would have remembered his name. I called right back with in seconds and as soon as I was back in I que I heard somebody pick up and click....again....hmmmm really? :M

I called back a third time and Nicole answered and I asked if she could see who I was talking to 2 minutes ago and she hesitated and said no.....ok the guy gets off this time. Nicole helps with no issues and I'm off.

I really hope this guy is not the kind of Nimrod I can expect when I'm in the middle of no where with a real issue. :R

    I sure wish they would put an end to these "Ask Marcus" forums. It is giving Good Sam and Camping World brands a bad reputation that really isn't deserved. There is no company more dedicated to serving the needs of the RVing community, yet for reason people feel the need to continually bash away at them for the most minor of perceived offenses.
    Maybe Good Sam is just a evil company, with a call center staffed by employees trained to hang up on customers. But I still believe it is much more likely that either we are missing a whole lot of the story, or some simple technical glitch caused the poster to have their call cut off.
  • Put them on your smartphone. Paper cards are becoming obsolete.
